“GENDER NON-BINARY EXPRESSION IN BHARATANATYAM DANCE”

This was a research paper for a dance history course in college. 9-page research paper exploring a traditional Indian dance form and how it shifted from being a primarily women-dominated form to a more gender inclusive form because of British colonialism in India in 1947. It notes that British colonialism is what restricted the dance form, leading to a rebrand many years later. This showcases my ability to perform thorough research and understand how to use different citation styles.
